What type of events do you organize?



Our Members can help you with any or all of the following: Bar/Bat Mitzvah's, Weddings, Corporate Events, Fundraisers, Bris, Memorials, Birthday Parties, and much more.

What should I expect at the BESA Expo?



At the Expo you will find each vendor has their own booth, decor, photo ops, games, music, food samples, sweets, and much more. There is so much fun happening, your kids are not going to want to leave. Every family gets a bag to gather information and current brochure with all of the members information.

Is the BESA Expo Free?



Yes, our BESA Expo is free of charge to enter, but there may be a nominal fee for parking depending on the host venue.

What are the times for the BESA Expo and how much time do I need to see it all?



The BESA Expo is open for 4 hour window from 12 - 4 pm. It could take you 30 minutes or the whole time depending on how long your conversation with the vendors could be. Kid's may want to stay all day because they are having fun.

Is the BESA Expo kosher?



Not all of our BESA Members are kosher, but meat and dairy will be separate.
Please check with each caterer.

How often do you have the Expo?



The BESA Expo is an annual event, usually held every spring.

Do your vendors carry business insurance?



Yes, every member has been vetted and all carry business insurance.

Can I bring my kids to the Expo?



Yes, please bring the entire family, friend and the neighborhood to join in the fun. Just make sure that you register the number of guests.

Can I bring my dog to the Expo?



Only if you have a registered support animal.

Only members can display at the BESA Expo. Non Members passing our information will be asked to leave and with not be considered for membership in the future.
